RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges / refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. 
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. 

2+1 Deal:

For our 2+1 promotion, the discount only applies when all three items are purchased together. Therefore, returns work as follows:

• Full return of all three items – full refund.
• Partial return of one purchased item is only possible if the free item is returned as well.

A return of individual items without the free item is not possible.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

• The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with tags and packing. 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
