Are all your products second-hand?
Yes. We specialize in carefully selected second-hand and vintage pieces. Every item is hand-picked, cleaned, and prepared before being listed online.
Why do some products have small imperfections?
Because they are pre-loved and may have a history. Signs of use, like (holes, paint, faded print,..) are normal for vintage pieces and part of their character.
How do you ensure the quality of second-hand items?
Each item is inspected for wear, damage, and authenticity. Only pieces that meet our quality standards are offered for sale. Any small flaws are clearly mentioned in the product description.
Are the products used before?
Yes, there are used from people before, that´s why its called secondhand.
Are the items hygienically clean?
Absolutely. All garments are professionally cleaned and sanitized before shipping. They arrive ready to wear.
How can I be sure about the size if it’s vintage?
Vintage sizes often differ from modern ones. That’s why we always measure chest, length by hand. Please compare them with a similar item you own.
What if an item doesn’t fit me?
Because most items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot exchange for another size. Please check the detailed measurements in the description. If it really doesn’t fit, you may return it according to our return policy.
Why is there only one piece available?
Most of our products are unique second-hand finds. Once they’re sold, they’re gone. That’s part of what makes shopping vintage so special.
How long does delivery take?
Within [Germany/Austria] usually 3–7 business days. International shipping can take 7–14 business days depending on the carrier and customs clearance.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. Costs and delivery times are shown at checkout depending on your country.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package online.
Can I request express shipping?
No, express shipping is not available for an additional fee, maybe in the future.
Which postal company do you use for shipping?
We ship all orders with Hermes.
What happens if my order gets lost or is late?
If your tracking shows no movement or your order is officially declared lost, please contact us with your confirmation number and we will work on a solution.
